
Here’s a treat Ted and I have been enjoying lately. It seems absolutely right for the wintry weather. Our church’s interim pastor told us about it. We like him a lot!
–2 parts rye whiskey
–1 part Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur (or a little less if you like a drier drink)
–Small lemon wedge
Pour liquor over ice in a glass. Squeeze about half the juice from the lemon wedge into the glass. Put the wedge in the glass and stir.
